Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in ensuring our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the damaged item or incorrect product, as well as the packaging. This is necessary to assess the issue and determine if the return is valid.
The item must be in its original, unused condition (for damaged items, we understand that the packaging may be affected).
Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for how to return the item.

Refunds for Damaged/Incorrect Items

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a full refund for the purchase price (including any taxes, if applicable) to the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order. If the original item qualifies for a return, we will process a refund (as described above), and you can proceed with purchasing the new item separately.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following types of products:

Pet food or treats

Items that have been opened, used, or worn
Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care
Please make sure to double-check the product details and size before finalizing your order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at email–contact@buyscheap.com with the following information:

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue (damage, incorrect item, etc.)
Photos of the item and packaging
Once we receive your return request, we will review the details and respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your return and receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a notification once the refund is complete.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
